Within half month we have already learnt 100 more Japanese Kanji, writing, meaning, kunyomi and onyomi, waw, It's very good and quite fast isn't it?. Now we have been in the middle of 2nd Grade kanji lesson. Hoho, prepare your book and pencil because we will start learning some new kanji in grade two, benkyou hajimeyou! :
Caution :
- If you want more effective, please take a note and a pen and write the stroke of Kanji correctly
- Write the horizontal line from right to left and write vertical line from up to down
- sign (*) means the vocabulary has irregular/special reading.
1. 古
meaning : old/aged
kunyomi : furu-i
onyomi : ko
stroke : 5
kotoba : 古典=koten=classic、古代=kodai=ancient、古里=furusato=birthplace、古本=furuhon=secondhand book
2. 午
meaning : noon
kunyomi : -
onyomi : go
stroke : 4
kotoba : 午後=gogo=PM、午前=gozen=AM、正午=shougo=noon
3. 後
meaning : back, after
kunyomi : ushi-ro, nochi, ato
onyomi : kou, go
stroke : 9
kotoba : 後ろ=ushiro=back、今後=kongo=hereafter、後半=kouhan=second half、前後=zengo=before and after
4. 語
meaning : language
kunyomi : kata-ru
onyomi : go
stoke : 14
kotoba : 日本語=nihongo=Japanese language、物語=monogatari=fairy tale、語る=kataru=to speak、外国語=gaikokugo=foregn language
5. 工
meaning : contruction
kunyomi : -
onyomi : kou, ku
stroke : 3
kotoba : 工場=koujou=factory、大工=daiku=carpenter、工夫=kufuu=device、工事=kouji=contruction
6. 公
meaning : common, public
kunyomi : ooyake
onyomi : kou
stroke : 4
kotoba : 公式=koushiki=formula、公園=kouen=nasional park、公開=koukai=presenting to the public、公=ooyake=official, public
7. 広
meaning : wide
kunyomi : hiro-i
onyomi : kou
stroke : 5
kotoba : 広げる=hirogeru=to spread、広野=kouya=plain、背広=sebiro=business suit、広告=koukoku=ads
8. 交
meaning : to exchange
kunyomi : maji-waru, ma-zeru, ka-wasu
onyomi : kou
stroke : 6
kotoba : 交渉=koushou=negotiation、交通=koutsuu=traffic、交わる=majiwaru=intersect、交わす=kawasu=to exchange
9. 光
meaning : light, shine
kunyomi : hikari

10. 考
meaning : think
